These are website terms. Apex subscriptions, projects and managed services are governed by the signed proposal, order form, statement of work, SLA and data-processing terms agreed with the customer.

This website is operated by Prime Alley Technology LLC. By accessing it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Information, enquiries and contracts
Website content is general information about Prime Alley, Apex and our services. It is not technical, security, regulatory or legal advice for a particular environment.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a customer relationship or require either party to proceed. A service begins only when the relevant parties sign the applicable commercial and service documents.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, form endpoint or connected systems;
- introduce malware, automate abusive submissions, probe security controls or interfere with availability;
- use website content or contact details for unlawful calling, unsolicited bulk communications, impersonation or fraud;

4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Prime Alley or its licensors own the website design, text, software, graphics, trademarks and other content. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation of our services.

Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data submitted through the website. The cookie policy explains browser storage and the Google Maps embed.
8. Changes, suspension and governing terms
We may update these terms or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or misuse. The revision date above shows when the terms last changed.
Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Any customer contract identifies the contracting Prime Alley entity, governing law and dispute forum for the purchased service. Questions about the law applicable to use of the public website can be sent to info@primealley.com.

This page is also published in Arabic for convenience. If the two versions differ in any respect, the English version governs.
