Pricing
Apex pricing, with every cost layer visible
See what belongs to the platform, what follows usage and what happens once during implementation. We build the estimate from your operating numbers, show the controls that affect cost and document every assumption before you approve the quote.
The Apex price architecture
A quote you can take apart
Apex is not one unexplained licence figure. The commercial schedule separates the recurring platform, measured AI and communications usage, connectivity and one-time implementation so finance and operations can test every assumption.
Your commercial schedule
RECURRING OPERATION
Seats + usage + connectivity
ONE-TIME ACTIVATION
Discovery + implementation
Exact rates remain quote-specific until an approved public rate card is available. The units and assumptions do not remain hidden.
Commercial models
Choose the shape of the engagement
Start with the Apex platform, place the wider estate under a managed service, or commission a defined technical project. Each model makes the charging basis explicit.

Time back
What the AI agent hands back to your team
Move the sliders to your own numbers. This counts hours returned to your team, not money saved — the arithmetic is yours to check.
We publish no per-minute rate, so any money figure here is built from your number, not ours.
Returned each month
113hours
About 14 working days back to your team every month.
Illustrative. Based only on the figures you entered — it excludes deployment, number porting and the monthly platform fee, which are quoted after a call-flow discovery.
How a quote is built

Questions
Money questions, answered plainly
Why is there no public rate card?
The public page does not yet publish approved seat, usage or service rates. We still make the commercial model explicit: seats, AI-handled minutes, messaging and integrations for Apex; estate and SLA for managed services; written scope for projects. A scoping call produces a budget range before any paid assessment.
Can budget be estimated before the assessment?
Yes — after one scoping call we will give you an honest bracket, including whether the project is worth doing at all. The written figure comes with the assessment, and it is the figure we stand behind.
What do you need to build an Apex estimate?
A useful first estimate needs your agent count, a recent month of inbound and outbound call volumes, average call duration, the channels you want to operate, the systems Apex must integrate with and any recording, retention or residency requirements. If some figures are missing, we identify the assumptions rather than hiding them inside the quote.
How is AI communications usage billed?
Metered alongside the seat subscription, with usage visible in Apex before it reaches an invoice. The quote defines each applicable unit, included allowance and any overage rate. Budget alerts, automatic pauses and team allocations are agreed during scoping where they apply.
Which costs may come from a carrier or messaging provider?
Phone numbers, inbound or outbound carrier usage and third-party messaging charges may be passed through where they apply. The commercial schedule separates these from the Apex platform, AI usage and implementation services so procurement can see who charges for what.
What are the contract terms?
Projects are fixed-scope agreements. The available monthly or annual options for Apex and managed services are confirmed in the quote. Exit assistance, data export and deletion responsibilities are written into the applicable contract before service begins.

Bring one month of call data; leave with a clearer number
Share agent seats, inbound and outbound call volumes, average duration, channels and integrations. We will identify the missing assumptions, test where AI belongs and turn the result into a budget range or scoped Apex quote.
