  • Tele-sales experience preferred.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • The applicant must be fluent in English.
  • Cold Calling by telephone, identifying and contacting numerous potential and existing customers daily.
  • Managing and analyzing a sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details and any follow updates or other action required
  • Direct selling of company range to current and potential customers.
  • Up-selling and ensuring that all customers are buying the fullest possible range from the company.
  • Maximize order Revenue.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails – ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for developing new customer leads while maintaining a relationship with existing customers.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets; Achieve targets set out by Head of Sales across categories.
  • Communicate with clients on standard formats by email regarding forthcoming new product introductions and promotions.
  • Ensure that all customer calls, (including email inquires ) are answered quickly and efficiently.
